What information should I send when I book?
Send your main concerns, the treatments you are considering, your travel dates and your arrival and departure times. Relevant medical history, medications and previous cosmetic treatments help the doctor prepare for your consultation.
- Your goals – for example sagging jawline, fine lines, dull skin or underarm sweating.
- Treatments of interest – it is fine if you are not sure; the doctor will recommend options at consultation.
- Travel dates – arrival date and time, and your flight home.
- Medical background – allergies, medications (especially blood thinners), pregnancy or breastfeeding, skin conditions and recent procedures such as fillers, threads or lasers.
- Clear photos (optional) – natural light, no makeup, front and side views, if you would like preliminary guidance.
- Preferred language – English or Chinese interpreter support is available.
Good to know: Messages and photos can give a general idea, but the final treatment plan, dosage and price are confirmed only after an in-person consultation with a doctor at the clinic.
What are the steps from first message to appointment?
Booking usually takes four steps: you send an enquiry, a coordinator replies with options and questions, you confirm a date and time, and you share your arrival details before you travel.
- Send an enquiry – via WhatsApp, KakaoTalk or email with your goals and dates.
- Coordinator reply – a coordinator answers general questions and may ask for more information.
- Confirm your appointment – agree a consultation date and time that fits your itinerary and the clinic's hours.
- Share arrival details – send your flight and estimated arrival time; you are welcome to come straight from the airport with luggage.
- Consultation and treatment – meet the doctor, review your Meta-Vu skin analysis where relevant and confirm the plan. See what to expect on your first visit.

How far in advance should I book?
Contact us as soon as you know your travel dates. Earlier booking makes it easier to match your arrival time, arrange an interpreter and schedule follow-up sessions if your treatment needs more than one visit.
Some treatments are completed in one visit, while others, such as Rejuran Healer, are usually planned as a series of sessions weeks apart. Our treatment trip planner explains how many days to allow, and downtime and flying home helps you time your flight.
For international patients: Book your consultation for the first or second day of your trip. That leaves time for treatment, a check of how your skin responds, and a buffer before your flight.
Can I get a price before I travel?
Yes. Yaan Clinic publishes a full 2026 price list in Korean won, from ₩100,000 for wrinkle Botox (Xeomin), so you can budget before you fly. International patients pay the same price as Korean patients, and the final price is confirmed at consultation.
The consultation fee (10,000 KRW, or 30,000 KRW including a director consultation) is waived if you go ahead with a treatment. Popular examples include Botox prices, Thermage FLX prices and filler prices.

Frequently asked questions
What is the fastest way to book Yaan Clinic from overseas?
WhatsApp is usually fastest. Message the international line at +82 10 5308 0499 with your goals and travel dates. The team replies during clinic hours in Korea Standard Time, so allow for the time difference when you message.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Yaan Clinic does not publish a deposit policy online. Ask your coordinator on WhatsApp or by email when you book, and they will explain exactly what is needed to confirm your appointment and how changes are handled.
Can I get a treatment plan from photos?
Photos can help a coordinator give general guidance, but they cannot replace an in-person assessment. Your doctor confirms the final plan, dosage and price at your consultation in Seoul, often with a Meta-Vu 3D skin analysis.
Can I book a consultation and treatment on the same day?
Many patients ask to have treatment on the same day as their consultation, which helps on a short trip. Whether this is suitable depends on the treatment and your doctor's assessment, so mention it when you book.
Can I change my appointment if my flight is delayed?
Yes, let the team know as soon as possible on WhatsApp at +82 10 5308 0499. Sharing your flight details in advance helps the coordinator adjust your appointment if immigration or traffic takes longer than expected.
Which languages can I use to book?
You can book in English or Chinese, as Yaan Clinic has dedicated interpreters in both languages. Korean speakers can also call the Korean-only line at +82 2 501 1323. Mention your preferred language in your first message.
