Re2O Cell, sold as Elravie Re2O, is a skin booster made from human acellular dermal matrix (hADM) that delivers collagen-rich extracellular matrix into the skin. At Yaan Clinic in Gangnam, Seoul, it is used for thin, dry or sensitive skin that has lost elasticity, and the clinic has used it since its first launch.

Yaan Clinic describes Re2O as a "next-generation ECM booster" and as the world's first human-dermis collagen skin booster. Rather than only hydrating or only stimulating, it aims to supply the building blocks of healthy skin directly.

What is Re2O Cell?

Re2O Cell is a skin booster made from human acellular dermal matrix—donor dermis from which the cells have been removed, leaving the structural extracellular matrix. Yaan Clinic states its composition as 89% collagen, 3% elastin, 0.4% glycosaminoglycans (GAG) and 7.6% other ECM components.

According to Yaan Clinic, the product holds AATB, FDA and MFDS approvals relevant to its tissue source and manufacture. AATB is the American Association of Tissue Banks. Your doctor can explain the product's regulatory status at consultation.

How does Re2O work?

Re2O works by supplying extracellular matrix components that are taken up by fibroblasts, the skin's collagen-producing cells. Yaan Clinic says this activates the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, adding volume and moisture to the skin.

Results are cited from about three weeks after treatment and are described as lasting over a year, with the clinic's benefits list mentioning up to two years. Individual results vary.

Who is a good candidate for Re2O?

Re2O suits adults with thin skin that lacks elasticity, especially when dryness, sensitivity or fine lines are also present. It can also be used preventively, according to Yaan Clinic.

How long does Re2O last?

Yaan Clinic states that Re2O results last over a year, and its benefits list mentions up to two years. Improvement is cited from about three weeks after treatment.

How long you see the effect depends on your starting skin condition, age, sun exposure and skincare habits. Because Re2O supports the skin's own matrix, many patients use it as part of a longer-term skin-quality plan, sometimes alternating with other boosters. Your doctor will suggest when a review makes sense, taking into account how often you can travel to Seoul.

Can Re2O be used preventively?

Is there downtime after Re2O?

Yaan Clinic does not publish a fixed downtime for Re2O. As with most skin boosters, small bumps, redness or mild bruising at injection points are typical for a short time.
