What is Ultherapy Prime?

Ultherapy Prime is the upgraded Ulthera system for FDA-approved micro-focused ultrasound with visualization (MFU-V). Its DeepSEE imaging shows tissue layers in real time, so energy is placed at the intended depth to tighten collagen and trigger new collagen growth.

Focused ultrasound heats tiny points in the tissue to about 60–70°C. Collagen contracts, then remodels over the following months, gradually lifting the face. Yaan Clinic operates two Ultherapy Prime units, which helps with scheduling for patients on short trips.

What is new in Ultherapy Prime compared with the original Ulthera?

According to Yaan Clinic, Ultherapy Prime is about 20% faster than the original, delivers energy up to 8 mm deep, gives clearer real-time imaging and has an upgraded interface.

Treatment depths still follow the familiar transducer system: 1.5 mm for the dermis (fine wrinkles, texture), 3.0 mm for the subcutaneous fat layer, and 4.5 mm for the SMAS, the support layer tightened in a surgical facelift.

What is Ulthera Fit at Yaan Clinic?

Ulthera Fit is Yaan Clinic's exclusive lifting protocol: Ultherapy Prime, followed by Tune Liner and then LDM Recovery Therapy. It is designed for people who have skin laxity together with facial fat or a double chin, and it aims for quicker visible results than Ultherapy Prime alone.

Should I choose Ultherapy Prime alone or Ulthera Fit?

Choose Ultherapy Prime alone if your main goal is a gradual, natural lift with little fullness to reduce. Ulthera Fit suits faces that are sagging and also carry extra fat along the jaw or under the chin.

Ultherapy Prime at Yaan Clinic treats the cheeks, nasolabial folds, buccal fat area, double chin, jawline, wrinkles around the eyes and mouth, and the full face. It can also help with asymmetry and facial contour.

Ultherapy Prime can feel like brief heat or a deep prickling with each pulse. Yaan Clinic offers optional sleep anesthesia or non-sleep AirNox, an inhaled oxygen and nitrous oxide mix, to make treatment more comfortable.

How long do Ultherapy Prime results last?

Yaan Clinic states the lifting effect lasts up to a year. With Prime alone, results appear gradually as collagen remodels; with Ulthera Fit, visible change is designed to come sooner.

Sun protection, stable weight and good skin care help results last. Complementary skin-quality treatments such as Rejuran Healer, Potenza or HydraFacial can be added for texture and glow.

International patients pay the same price as Korean patients, and your final price is confirmed at consultation.
