How does Ulfit work?

Ulfit uses two cartridges, 6 mm and 9 mm, to place focused ultrasound at different depths in the subcutaneous layer. Choosing the depth per area lets the doctor match energy to skin and tissue thickness.

What happens during an Ulfit session?

A session includes a consultation, marking of the treatment areas, selection of cartridges and shot count, then the HIFU treatment itself. You can usually go back to normal activities straight afterward.

1. Consultation – A doctor checks skin laxity and tissue thickness and agrees the areas and shot count with you.
2. Area marking – Treatment zones are marked so shots are distributed evenly.
3. HIFU treatment – Ultrasound gel is applied and shots are delivered with 6 mm and/or 9 mm cartridges.
