Why can the final price differ from the list?
The list shows guide prices per unit, such as per cc, per shot count or per session. Your final price depends on how much product or energy your doctor recommends and which areas are treated, so it is confirmed at consultation before you agree to treatment.
International patients receive the same price a Korean patient would. A consultation costs 10,000 KRW, or 30,000 KRW including a consultation with a director, and this fee is waived if you go ahead with a treatment.

Can foreigners get a VAT refund on cosmetic treatment in Korea?
No. Korea's VAT refund for foreign patients receiving cosmetic and aesthetic procedures ended after 31 December 2025. Treatment received from 1 January 2026 is not eligible, so you should not budget for a refund at the airport or clinic.
The refund scheme had been introduced in 2016 for foreign tourists receiving cosmetic surgery and aesthetic procedures at registered clinics. The Korean government announced in 2025 that it would end the scheme at the end of that year. Some online guides written before 2026 still mention it, so check the date of any information you read.
Good to know: Ask your coordinator to confirm the total amount payable before treatment, including whether VAT applies to your treatment.
How do I pay at Yaan Clinic?
